For any place in google maps if you want to report a problem in a particular road or place long press the area which you want to report after that the below screenshot appears
Step 2 : click on the report a problem on dropped pin . After clicking that option a new screen appears
Step 3 : click on road is closed option . And give some details why is the road is closed .
The above are the steps .
