Hey Local Guides , I’m having an issue with my review upload for Emsywise Pharmacy And Store in Ekosodin. Initially, I posted a review with two videos and some pictures, but after 24 hours, it was still pending. I thought the videos might be too large , so I removed them and tried again with just the pictures, but it’s still showing as pending. I’ve already reported the issue, but nothing has changed.

@IgbinedionDan, perhaps you can try again with no photos attached and add them after the review is processed?

4 months does seem like a long time, though.
That’s why it was shocking to me when it happened. It has never happened before. I will check this out though @SCJohnnyG

If the review is not published, you can appeal. The verification process takes up to two months, but you only need to make one appeal for all blocked reviews. To do so, use this form: Account investigation for contributions not visible on Google Maps
Please remember that after you have appealed you must not modify the review, because this action will cancel the appeal submitted, and you will have to appeal again.

If a review is pending for a day it can be because the AI is checking the media attached to your review, so just give a bit more time to the system to complete the check.
This is a very normal situation, it happened to me just a couple of days ago. I clicked on the (i) and this is the message i got
But if this happens for a review that is 4 months old, it can also be caused by a glitch.
In this case a good practice is to clean cache and cookies, check to have your app updated to the last version. In some case after that it may be necessary to uninstall and then install the app again.
After that, delete the old review and post it again.
I mean, when an upload is pending the issue cannot be caused by a detected violation of the policies. When a violation is detected, the content is simply not published, but it will not remain pending.
In any case a good cleanup of your profile should be done, @IgbinedionDan , even if it is not related to this issue.
