Hello everyone. My name is Dustin. I am here in Tokyo touring popular filming locations for Tokusatsu shows, like Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, Garo, and many others. I will be here until mid November and hopefully again in 2019.
I am hoping to meet some of you and share knowlege about some of these locations, and possibly meet up to visit them together.

That’s very cool @TheNextDecade ! I got a chance to visit Tokyo multiple times in the past due to layovers, and I usually have a “mission” as well. Last time was to tour the gaming cafes/bars around the city.
I don’t live there and I’m not familiar enough with filming locations, but hopefully some of the Tokyo Local guides will be able to help you out. I’d love to read about your experience as well if you end up doing it!

Tokyo, how exciting! To help get you started, take a look at these two links, one is a general search on Connect for Japan and Tokyo. I even found a great post - 5 lists we love from Tokyo . And I recommend you Edo-Tokyo Building Park too. In this place, you can look at old buildings of Japan.
Also I think that @YasuhikoN and @KOBAYASHI_Jun have a lot of ideas to share with you.

I plan on visitinh the Gundam soon! Wish they didnt swap out the Rx-78 but Unicorn is a great design too!!
