Here is my new locked down favorite snack, homemade Chow min prepared with veggies and eggs. As a foodie, I am always excited for a plateful of chow min whenever I get it. It is basically a Chinese preparation but I did it in more Indianian way. Here is the list of ingredients I used for making the dish. Ingredients : Chow-min, onion, capsicum or bell pepper, carrot, chopped green chili, viniger or processed acetic acid, tomato sauce, soy sauce, refined oil, chow-mix, eggs (fried) etc. Very easy to make, very simple recipe. Do try it at home just like any other chow-min preparations, by using these ingredients. It’s very much flavorsome and appetizing as well. It’s perfect healthy dish for this lock down situation.
