I have noticed the airport is again incorrectly marked as permanently closed after this problem was fixed several months ago:

Yet when I try to submit an edit saying it’s still open, it instantly rejected it!
How is it possible for a large company like Google to get such simple things wrong, and refuse to correct it? As I said this is the second time it’s happened now!
I too was unable to reopen it.
