Let’s celebrate the divine bond of Guru & Shishya.

**A Day To Honor Our Teachers, mentors & Local Guides.**

I want to thank my Mom,My Teachers ,Raj Didi from whom I learnt Reiki & Prayers how we can change our destiny by following the right path.

All My Local Guides Mentors Globally thank you so much from 2017 -2025 you all have guide me . Every time I get to learn new things from you all.

Why Indians Celebrate Guru Purnima :full_moon:

Guru Purnima is a sacred day for Indians to honor their teachers (Gurus), both spiritual and academic. It falls on the full moon of Ashadha month and marks the birth anniversary of Maharishi Ved Vyasa, who compiled the Vedas and wrote the Mahabharata.

In Indian culture, a Guru holds the highest place — even above God. We believe:

"Guru Govind dono khade, kaake lagu paay;
Balihari Guru aapne, Govind diyo batay."
strong text

It means if Guru and God stand together, we touch the Guru’s feet first, as the Guru shows us the path to God.

As Local Guides, we too learn from one another, and this day reminds us to show gratitude to all Local Guides who guide us on life’s journey. :folded_hands:

Happy Guru Purnima @RosyKohli Ma’am. Thanks for bringing out this post. Thanks to you for being a Guru many times. As yiu rightly mentioned, when God and Guru are there together we first touch the feet of our Guru. Without Guru we don’t have life.
