Since I started working at 15 years old I loved to give the best service as possible cause was nothing worst than an unhappy and mad client, on that time give a great customer service was important for every company, but on 2019 I believe is THE MOST IMPORTANT thing for a company.
Years and years ago, when you used to visit a place and the food wasn’t good or the atmosphere was horrible or the service was really bad, you used to talk about your experience with family or while you was drinking something with your friends, but now, a bad service or a bad experience means thousands and thousands of clients who are not going to visit your business or are not going to buy something from your store, even when they don’t even went there!!
The exhibition that internet and the differents apps show is just amazing and can be a double-edged weapon for most of the businesses.
So, how important is to give a good service in 2019?
That’s how I became a local guide. I love to go a place and feel good on it. Everytime I go to a place where I don’t feel good, i like to write a review so I let people know what to expect about that place, and maybe save them you have a bad moment. And when I go to a place with a great service, I share a review right away, cause I want to encourage more people to decide and visit that place, I want to let them know that they are going to have a great and wonderful moment.
That’s why I love being a local guide, we are people who help people, and that is just amazing.
In 2019, every company should be able to use their resources in the best selection of their crew. Cause a bad service is not one customer less anymore, a bad service means thousands of clients less while a good selection, continuous training and fair payment of your employees means a successful business, a business with great reviews, a happy business.
