My everyday routine starts with baking and cake decorating. Below are some of the recent cakes I decorated and also my favorite desserts in Indiana. I always bring crunch cakes on my friend’s birthday.
But whenever I go back home to the Philippines, there is only one famous dessert that all the 7,000 Islands know and it’s no other than Halo-Halo or in English translated as “Mix-Mix”. Of all the desserts I have tried, for me, still nothing beats my Hometown’s dessert, Halo-Halo. This dessert will always be my most favorite!
Halo-Halo has crushed ice, evaporated milk, Ube Ice Cream, Leche Flan, Pinipig Rice, Sweet Beans, Sago, Tapioca Pearls, Gulaman, Coconut Strips, Fruit Slices such as Jackfruit and Plantains, Nata de Coco, and Cheese. No wonder that it is everyone’s favorite to think of the texture and the taste, this dessert has so much in it!
I loved that pic of banana pudding cake looks delicious ! I love desserts… I’d say my favorites are chocolate cake, ice cream, chocolate croissants and everything with chocolate hehe @Reisen do you like chocolate?

My favourite dessert is plain vanilla ice cream. Haha. I know, simple, right?
Actually i "little hate " food with pretty presentation ,you know why because I don’t break the beautiful food with eating all , and your beautiful dessert @Reisen told me don’t break my cute present , LOL
We have the similar dessert made in Bangladesh. Its called “Faluda”.Its consist of ice, noodles, fruits (specially apple, banana, grapes), card and milk.
About my favourite desert ! My favourite desert is sweet card. Another thing is called “jardda” made of rice, sugar, kissmiss and food colour. It’s also traditional desert that serve in our marriage program. Another of my favourite desert is “Firni” ,made of special small rice, sugar and milk. Its so delicious!!!
