This is really a beautiful place .Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib is one of the nine historical Gurdwaras in Delhi. It is located in chandi chowk opp red fort.
It was first constructed in 1783 as a small shrine by Baghel Singh Dhaliwal to commemorate the martyrdom site of the ninth Sikh Guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur and was probably expanded after Indian Rebell ion of 1857 or after Partition of India. Before its construction the Mughal Kotwali (Police Station and Jail) was situated here The severed head (“Sis” in Hindi or Punjabi) of Guru Tegh Bahadur was brought to Anandpur Sahib by Bhai Jaita, another disciple of the Guru.

Hi @Vinitsharma
Welcome to Connect and congratulations on your first post.
Through your excellent photo, it is a pleasure to see the entrance gate of the Sees Ganj Gurudwara in Delhi shining brightly in the crowd of Chandani Chowk. I visited this place several times until June last year and the gate was still under construction.
Did you also visit the well besides the Gurudwara where Guru Tegh Bahadur took his last bath?
And also there is a Sikh Museum opposite the Gurudwara
Also, the information provided in your post is general knowledge available anywhere on the internet.
On Connect, it is expected that you share your own experience of visiting the Gurudwara.
You may include information like how you reached there - bus, metro, bike or car, etc., parking facility, photography is allowed inside or not, nearby food stalls to eat, nearby places to visit, etc. This is only for example. You can include any of your experiences at the place.
Most importantly share the Goole Maps link so that local guides visiting Delhi can plan a trip here.
