Hello @Nyainurjanah

I like your description of your traditional medicine.

I want to ask what does it cure?

What nutrients do the medicine give to the body?

I like traditional medicine, I also used conventional medicine.

But I believe that traditional and convention medicine should be used together for complete wellness. :slightly_smiling_face:

How about you @Ant_Bad_Yogi @To_paul @SabbirShawon @user_not_found @fafaguru .

Do you have traditional medicine in your locality. :slightly_smiling_face:

Very informative post @Nyainurjanah and helpful as well. I trying to remember the name of this grass tree in our country. But I am sure it is available in Bangladesh. If I do not get any here, I will go to you to bring one  from you. Thanks for sharing.

Hi @Austinelewex thanks for taging me in the @Nyainurjanah 's post.

Wow that is fascinating articles @Nyainurjanah because you introducing easy and inexpensive ways to make refreshing drinks / food. Before I answer @Austinelewex 's question, may I share to You @Nyainurjanah about our different variety of jelly leaf from my area, here is this.

And, yes @Austinelewex I am a follower of a healthy and traditionally processed food stream. I (and my family) try to minimize eating instant food and various types of fried food. We called **Eating Clean: a Choice of Your Life Style **and I have made several articles about it. Here are they: Golden Latte made from fresh milk, shaved ginger, turmeric powder. GREAT DELIGHTS OF CINNAMON They are Indonesian spices which usefulness. So I was very impressed by @Nyainurjanah 's post about traditional jelly leaf. It reminds me, when I was little, often making jely like that while playing with friends. Thanks for sharing

Hi @Nyainurjanah

I am a loyal customer of pharmacies. Paracetamol, aspirin, ibuprofen, are some of the medicines I use.
for example, I now have a headache of about three weeks that I can no longer get rid of with any pharma drug.
I’m glad you are so resistant to disease
thanks

Dear @Ant_Bad_Yogi .

I guess it will only be in Lagos or Abuja that one can find any Thai restaurant.

Here in Enugu, no, who will patronize them except me. 555.
