My friend and I went to Vegas for my Birthday, last September, we took this tour, a whole day activity to the Grand Canyon . Keep in mind to bring with you a bottle of water because you will need it, is really hot there. Our first stop was [Hoover Dam](http:// https://maps.app.goo.gl/q82zTSrjscryhW6n8) , I couldn’t believe be there, I saw this place in many apocalyptic films. And as we were in a movie suddenly a group of helicopters came and flew over us.
In the Canyon they take you in a round trip that show you different views of it. Is really breathtaking. I did not like one think of this experience, to watch many irresponsible people risking their life for the best selfie, I really dont understand some people. So, if you go to this marvelous place, please be safe, risking your life for the best photo is dumb.

Thank you for taking your time to send me tips and advices for visiting Grand Cayon. It looks wonderful from above, but you are right it’s not the best idea to risk your life only for a selfie. I’m not so much into taking selfies, but I think I would go for a helicopter tour there.
Hoover Dam looks great and as I can see on the map it’s not that far away from the Grand Canyon. Do you have any photos from there, too?
The helicopter tour would have been great but was pretty expensive for me @KatyaL is not so close, a couple hours took the bus go from one place to another.
