Gourami Yummy..

Hi friends,

One type of fish favored by Indonesians is gourami fish, a type of fish that is widely cultivated by farmers here. This fish has thick flesh with a little thorn.

And contain nutrients such as Omega-3, fatty acids, vitamins: D and B2 (riboflavin), calcium, phosphorus and minerals: zinc, iron, magnesium, iodine, and potassium.

Many variants of cuisine made from gourami fish, but what I like grilled gourami and sweet and sour gourami as shown in this paper.

I have never tasted gourami fish, at least as far as I remember, but it looks very tasty. Which one do you recommend to a beginner to start with, the grilled or the sweet and sour one?

How are you @Widyapramana HappyNewYear from JP. look so yummy! if you cook at home? japanese like to eat fish and seafood, so, mam cooks it everyday at home. Recently, my Filipino friend opened a restaurant in my city, She cooks tilapia fish just like as in your photo.

I am fine, and I hope you are always fine too.

I bought it at a famous place that sells a variety of dishes made from gourami.

But gourami is not sea food. These fish live in lakes, rivers, or in nurseries. Not a type of sea fish.

You can cook yourself at home. Its very aasy.

this is very easy.

Especially done by your mom who likes to cook delicious, the results must be delicious too … What about the cuisine of your Filipino friend’s restaurant ? Can you tell us a little about it ? Is it delicous too ?

Sekarang sangat jarang makan ikan gurami sebab jarang sekali yang jual. Paling kalau kepingin terpaksa masak gurami asam manis tapi pakai ikan nila besar.
