Hi @AngieYC

Here in LGC, Support Forums is the place recommended to get help with Maps problems but it’s been a while they’re not responding, please escalate this.

They had your great thread censored unfortunately and as always, it is the guidelines they use as an excuse.

@Kia_Faraji Very sad… They could have listened to other people’s perspective before single handedly take down a community post. If that does not work, I do not have any other ideas. I really wanted other Googlers to take a look and share their thoughts, but now I know it is not possible to get our voice heard.

And yes i know they are different, but when they’re not replying and in-app feedback never have seemed to help, this place may be a channel to get things fixed.

P.S: Last time i shared this issue to a moderator, she said “such issues are better dealt with at Help Communities” while the actual problem was the Help Communities itself not responding!

Me too @AkSakei , but we WILL make something happen, it will not remain this way…
