Hello, I’m a “trusted photographer” and have new problem in connection to Transfer image rights to customer.
I finished a job for customer setting up 26 connected 360° photos that customer revived and confirmed ok. They appeared on Google maps ok.
I then transferred rights of all photos to customer (Registered owner of current Google Business location). They accepted the transfer.
Now none of the 360 photos are visible on google maps. They are still visible on my profile and the do appear in Google My Business account of the customer but they are shown there as “Additional photos”, not as 360 photos.
I’ve read a few posts reporting “transfer image rights” problems, some that had to wait for several days or weeks to the pictures or “blue dots” to appear on Google map. Can anyone advice if this is a similar problem or if there is some action I can take to correct this?
