Google Trips was a really good app for every traveler. I’ve been using Google Trips app to plan my travels; but the app is not only for planning but also quite valuable for getting around in e.g., a city because of its integration with Google Maps. But Google Trips offers more. You can get hints on food and discounts, and because of the tight integration with Google Maps, you can even get an idea when places are crowded and how much time people spend there. Finally, you can add flight, hotel, and car rental information and download all of that stuff for offline use to save on data roaming while traveling and having it always at hand. But way before I plan a trip using Google Trips

But Sadly Google Shutting Down That as Per Google Announcement August 5 as the official date for the shutdown of Trips, noting that until then you’ll still be able to access trip reservations and notes as you normally would. Between now and then, however, it’s worth finding another app and making sure there are no important data in the app that you don’t want to lose. That said, Google says that the notes from Google Trips will be available at google.com/travel and that you’ll be able to find your saved attractions, flights, and hotels in Search.

@AdamGT as per i know google started new service google.com/travel thats why they are closing trips

Thanks for reminding this .

It was a beautiful product with some trouble integration with other products of Google itself .

It is very bad to hear this . Stoping the support . When apps are developed for useful or useless things to show ad sense only .

The most loved app Hangout was stopped one day . It was a remarkable product not used by many because of lack of promotion .

It could have been a pre installed app along with playstore .

Very sad to see this .

Keep some share of profit Of the company to maintain the old products .

We all love Google product . It do not show any advertisement .

Appreciate it but products must not be discontinued .

Now photos are unlimited .

When it will be shopped

Google Knows .

You don’t need to remove the post, just please do not use any Google or Connect logo in the future. About the new photo, you might not know but it is not allowed to post images or any other content in Local Guides Connect that infringes on anyone else`s legal rights, including copyright. Please use only your own photos, screenshots or getty images when you are posting.
