I did start my Healthy Alternatives food business, and tried out quite a number of desserts.

Here I have the overnight oats, made with glutenfree rolled oats, Dairy-free coconut milk, some coconut flakes, blueberries.

Tried Teriyaki chicken and it’s wonderful!

We also make the Pastiera every year on Easter time at home. I don’t like it, but there are modified versions I find tastier (chocolate, above all). In the same period we cook the Castgnole, soft and moist with ricotta cheese or cooked apples, and the Frappe or Chiacchiere, a particular thin fried dough.

About milk-like stuff, I really like the rice drink, while oat, hazel, coconut and soy are disgusting!

There is the chestnut milk that I’d like to try, but you can’t find it in my city SADNESSSS

Anyway it seems that everyone is becoming vegan and I always say ‘why, dear? we are omnivorous. Be reducetarian instead’. If you want not to destroy this planet simply eat less beef and give a chance to alternative meat, like insects.

Fundamentally it’s a matter of years before we will eat lab meat, isn’t it?!

I would love to try teriyaki chicken

In south America many people now are eating quinoa as part of their main dishes. In Argentina lots of people eat quinoa also from different kinds. They use the quinoa in salads, in veggie burgers and also in empanadas.

In Chile the avocado (palta) is the star and is present always.

All look so good, but I really wonder howChicha morada’s taste.

The dishes look quite tantalizing. I certainly love good meals. Thank you for sharing them.

@KatieMcBroom wow. Want a bite already.

anyone can guess on this.

Hint : Vegan Gluten free meal

Excellent idea! And yes, food halls do seem to be a growing trend which I am more than happy to welcome! Though I wish they served smaller quantities at cheaper prices in general to allow for more sampling.

Chicha morada is actually not from Brazil but from the Andes territory. It is a purple corn beverage, very sweet. Taste a bit like a tutti frutti chewing gun.

What about best Indian dish?
