Untuk alpukat, di Indonesia sangat populer untuk dijadikan jus. Avocado Juice dengan susu kental manis .
Saya merekomendasikan Nasi Goreng. Semua orang Indonesia menyukai ini.

Yip our organs work best in alkaline conditions. Our plant based/vegetarian/ital dishes here in the Caribbean are mainly made up okra, pumpkin, quinoa, brown rice, starches such as eddoes or breadfruit and sometimes covered in multi bean gravy or soya chunks (Not a big fan of soya chunks but they slipped this time) . A nice"green energy" 
to compliment the meal. Not appealing to the eye but extremely healthy and contribute to our high rates of longevity in the region

Teriyaki is my favorite dish. I try it in my home also. I visited 10 places or more but Kanyakumari Sarhan is favorite for natural beauty.
I tried the soy milk in 2019 and it was a big disaster for me, I hated it , a big no no for me. On a more positive note I tried teriaki chicken and loved it as well as milk powder, loved them both so sticking with them

For Tucson Tacos and burritos are always king. We have a lot of local coffee shops too. The plant based food is really taking off and becoming a larger part of the local culture too. Community gardens are booming along with attempts to make community supported agriculture better.
