Banyak makanan dan minuman yang nge-trend di tahun 2019 salah satu minuman yang ngtrend adalah Boba dan makanan2 yang bernuansa nostalgia seperti jajanan masa kecil tahun 90an (telur gulung, cilok gulung, dan banyak hal lainnya) nuansa nostalgia inilah yang mengisi tahun 2019 dan mengambut tahun 2020

El café con Leche de avena es mi descubrimiento de 2020. Lo probé por error :joy: y me gustó!! Aunque no lo cambio por el café con leche de vaca… Bueno quizás algún día…

De tu lista @KatieMcBroom probé la ensalada de aguacate y quinoa, la pastiera napoletana y el pollo teriyaki. Quisiera añadir un descubrimiento: El açaí bowl. Un sustituto divino, orgánico y muy rico del helado.

Oatmilk Lattes are delicious! I had the privilege to prepare my own at the local coffee shop when they first started releasing oatmilk. Personally I enjoy how it makes it like a whole different drink. As for shepards pie, its to die for!(when its made properly). One thing that I did see here was Chicha morado, that looks amazing and its definitely something i need to try. ASAP!

Yo lo probé con leche de Coco, pero debe ser especial para café y la verdad el un placer, un deleite!!

Me parece que los platillos tendencia de 2019, son excelentes. Algunos los he probado, otros no, pero me parece sobretodo un gran aporte el pastel con patata, pues me ha inspirado para hacerlo en una opción vegana.

It’s a shame the image used for “Plant based recipes” looks like a salad bowl with fish in it? :roll_eyes: I hope I’m wrong, but it looks a but silly. Of all platforms, I’d hope Google writers could pay better attention to the details.

The biggest UK trend in 2019 was definitely plant-based food. Supermarkets picked up on the trend & more shelf-space was devoted to the food group. Many more restaurants joined-in as well, so that for the vegetarian & vegan communities, there was a whole load more choice out in the marketplace for both eating out & in.

Roman pinsa: origins and evolution In addition to being smaller than pizza, the pinsa aesthetically renounces the classic “roundness”, having an oval shape. This choice is linked to its origins, dating back to the Roman Empire. In those days the pinsa was used as a “tray”, and some rather juicy culinary preparations were placed on it, first of all the stewed meats. The dough, in fact, cooked on stone, was excessively hard to be eaten alone. It was the encounter with the peasant culinary tradition that gave new meaning to the term pinsa. Hence the introduction of new flours and cereals, from wheat to kamut, but also barley, spelled and millet, and the addition of wild aromatic herbs. Subsequently, the recipe was perfected, leading to the use of wheat flour , soy and rice. Compared with the classic pizza dough, that of the pinsa provides a different supply of water, and a lower percentage of yeast. The result is a more digestible and less caloric preparation.

Me encanta la comida, por mis campos de desempeño laboral visito varias localidades de Bogotá y como en cualquier zona, buscando siempre alternativas a los platos normales. En general me gustaría encontrar una mayor oferta económica basada en platas, aunque no soy vegetariano ni vegano.

Creo que es una tendencia mundial ir por la comida saludable, muchas personas, dentro de las cuales me incluyo, no buscan exclusivamente platos de origen vegetal, pero si tienden a eliminar carbohidratos y a disminuir la cantidad de proteínas.

En Bogotá están creciendo los locales que ofrecen, ya sea en todo su menú o por lo menos como una opción, la comida vegetariana.

No obstante también están creciendo los restaurantes de carnes con tendencias argentinas, norte americanas y asiáticas, con las obvias diferencias entre unas y otras.

Bogotá es sin duda un lugar con una enorme variedad de oportunidades para degustar un buen plato. No es necesariamente el dinero el factor fundamental.
