Is there a possibility to add pictures starting from google pictures to add on google maps? I have from Google some restyled pictures and can’t add it? Wouldn’t it be great?

As far as I understand from you post you are suggesting to be able to upload photos from Google Photos to Google Maps.
Please note that this is an already existing feature. You can learn how this can be done from this article - Add, remove, or share photos and videos in its Add a photo or video using Google Photos or your Gallery app section.
For that reason I will move your idea to the How-tos section of Connect.

Thank you for the update, ok I found it, the problem is that I more use the app on my laptop and there is no possibility to do that, Android it works wel!

On laptop, when you click on Add a photo, choose “Photos from phone”. In this way, you will be directed to your Google Photo gallery
