Welcome to the community. Comment you are referring to is Review i think. Sometimes review takes time to reflect on business’s page. If it’s takes too long, then your review might be hidden due to violating policies of review you typed or photo you uploaded with it. Also your level 
doesn’t indicate rank in anyway. Level & points are there to indicate how many contributions we done for far.
So I don’t think it advances policies in any way and there is no solution, I go to the business and I get directions in front of the business, I comment and comments are not reflected
Well I checked in your Maps profile and seen you posted 307 reviews and only 241 are public now, which means 66 reviews are hidden.
Also most of your reviews are kind of same content or have similarities. May be that’s why some reviews are hidden. Rather than starting with same sentence for every review, type in your experiences in shorter words and give valuable information of the businesses.

They sound like the tourist bureau of Bolu wrote them.
The problem is that you are sharing general info and not your personal and specific experiences. What did you see? How did you like it? And Why?
