Hello @Alkindi1 welcome to the Local Guides Connect community!
You don’t need to write your posts in multiple languages since there is a translate button below each comment box:

No, we cannot see anything else about your account besides that what is public. We are all local guides as you, but might provide some tips.
All our contributions are checked by an AI filter. Not only for obeying the rules, but also to prevent spamming. If any of the reviews, photos or videos are rejected, it is simply not published, but Google will not notify us about that. Neither do we get any information, why it was rejected.
You are correct with observation that 240 of your reviews are hidden, i.e. not published. But not only that. You did post 1175 photos and 11 videos. Thereof only 870 are public, thus 316 photos or videos are hidden.
If you attach any media to a review and only a single photo or video is rejected, the entire review including all other media attached to it will be hidden. So of your 240 hidden reviews, some could be hidden because of text not being accepted and others because of a rejected photo or video.
Looking at your published media, it looks more like a photo album with memories of your vacation, rather than (as it should be on Maps) information about the points of interests, such as restaurants, hotels, shops or tourist attractions. Besides that, I see many redundant pictures, which is against the rules given by Google Maps. Both facts could have led to rejection of your contributions.
I addition to checking each single review or media upload, the filter also considers your previous behavior. With a high rate of rejections, the filter becomes more and more rigid over time, until nothing will be accepted anymore.
As a start, I recommend reading @MortenCopenhagen’s series of articles How to Get In and Out of Trouble: The Main post
