Hey!
I got an email about signing up to the Google Maps Preview program and I thought "Awesome! I’ll sign up and help beta test."
However. in the signup when I agree and click submit nothing happens. The button turns grey for a couple seconds then just reverts back to orange. I am a level 6 guide so shouldn’t I be able to sign up? Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Selected applicants join the Google Maps Preview program and must commit to confidentiality. The experience isn’t always smooth: You would download the app, get email alerts about new releases, and spot bugs that may need fixing. By flagging issues, you’d also help make Google Maps work better for everyone.
But not able to signup for the same.
Can any one help me on this?

I received the same thing and experiencing the same issue!
Same exact problem here, and I am not sure who to inform about this issue. Any ideas?

I Received the same email and I have been successful without any problems.
I think the best thing you should do now is drawing the attention one of the Google moderators by tagging in this post. To tag a Google moderator, read this post.

A few days ago I got an email giving me the option to sign up for the google maps beta. I followed the link in the email and said that I have an iPhone. However, after agreeing to the NDA, I couldn’t submit. I could click the submit button, but all it would just turn grey for a few seconds and then back to orange. Am I doing something wrong or is this a glitch?

I just received an email titled “Invite: Try new Maps features first” from Google Local Guides, I’m Interested to participate in this program but when I hit the submit button at the end of the agreement it just doesn’t do anything! any suggestions?

Hi @Kayvan11 . That happened to me too, but I could complete it after I closed the tab, I clicked the link from the email again and answer the required stuff and hit the submit button. I finished the process successfully then.
I’m having the same issue. Nothing happens after I click submit. I wait a bit and then the button is clickable again. I’ve tried with multiple browsers on my phone. Guess my next step is to try it out on an actual computer instead of my phone.

Tried it both on my Android phone and PC several times, it just doesn’t work 
One thing to note is I already have installed the beta version of the Maps via Play Store on my Android phone, is that the same thing? does it mean I’m already a trusted tester?
@Anonymoususer1 This website is not working that I can tell. I press “submit” the orange submit button turns grey for a while, then returns to orange like as if I had never clicked it. I press it again and the same thing happens, the page never changes or updates.
