While I am searching for a commercial shop to buy or rent, I used google maps to explore streets so may I find a good location. I thought it might be helpful if there is a tag (written on it for sale or rent, maybe the price also) on buildings. That will be very helpful for the seller and the buyer and adds will be paid so it will be very lucrative to google as well
to make the picture more closer, booking use it when you search for a hotel using map.

I am the owner of a real estate team and I was looking for a similar idea. I was wondering about a google maps integration that has active listings, recently sold and open house details for all properties around the area. This could work for residential and commercial. This way I can send my buyers properties from google clients can scout the area based on what local guides have uploaded. I want to be able to promote the beautiful area of Bellingham WA via local guides and I think an integration like this would be fantastic. I’ve found it common that when clients are looking to move to another area, they want as much information as possible to see if the move is right for them. An integration like this would create tremendous value people looking to buy or sell real estate,
quizas sea bueno tambien poder describir si hay por ejemplo alquileres a traves de dueños o por inmobiliarias, ya que facilitaria el hecho de no tener que estar recorriendo, caminando tanto sin muchas veces no saber donde ir, y desde aqui estariamos poniendo o reflejando los lugares varios qeu vayan apareciendo para alquilar, comprar, o mismo locales en venta, etc… y lo que se vaya alquilando o comprando, que en el mapa se vea reflejado con algun emoji que sea apto para ello, mismo cuando sea viceversa la situacion.
It would be awesome to find places available to rent because the web pages for that usually are difficult to use, and if google maps could add this feature would make the search for a house a lot easier.

If google map that shows the rental space available for Personal living, office work…etc. That will help lots of people who search for places on the roads and cut cost and time relying on a third party and become expensive.
Places getting listed in the map that shows spots that I can move in immediately and all…will be very nice.

@Ivi_Ge , I get that. But, Is it still possible to mark un-occupied, ready to occupy space in maps by a new sign?? Am sure there are others with the same question out there…
Now, I am aware that google maps cannot be used for commercial purposes. But I could foresee google maps doing commercial wonders in the future.
