I always updated my Google Maps, but seems Dark Mode option was gone. Whre it is now? I almost browsed the contents of the Settings, but there is no Dark Mode.

Dark mode is available under themes @imedabong
Click on your profile icon > Go to Settings > Click on Theme > select Always in dark theme.

Why that doesn’t appear in my GMaps? The version I am using now is 10.82.1, is it same with you? It is updated.
I’ve also same version @imedabong bu I don’t know why this option not available in your app.
Try to clear cache data and check after that.
Oh I did that, I uninstall and reinstalled it too… but seems no Theme in Settings. Long before it was activated since it was launched in app, but after those many updates, its totally gone until now.

This steps is available only on Android 10 or Q and up. Please Learn how to check your Android version.
My phone already runs Android 11 with July security update. Seems quite a technical glitch of the developer or maybe depends on the build of phones OS. This is cruicial as it is just the only Google product that doesn’t have Dark Mode in my phone.
That means you are using latest Android version as well as updated map app but I don’t know what is wrong with you.
Let me tag here Google moderator @TsekoV to solve this problem.
From time to time android Apps get confused @imedabong try and force close Maps, clear the cache and local data, uninstall then reinstall in this exact sequence and see if it resolves your issue.
Both of my phones have dark theme available under Settings/Themes
