I got a mail from Google local guides stating “You’ve unlocked a special reward”. But they have sent blank code to redeem. Can you send the code again.

I have received an email today for my contribution of mine to google maps and have received an exclusive reward for the same. In the email, it’s stated that there click on reedeem and the next page which open copy past the code from email. But the problem is there is no code in my gmail from local guides. Please help as this is my first reward and and I have worked hard for it. Thank You

I received similar mail with no code there at all, blank, empty.
Today I received mail from noreply- as You’ve unlocked a special reward.
Code is not shown , after click on Redeem now, it redirects to the new page to redeem the code.

@chezhiyan0101 there are a large number of local guides facing this problem. We’re merging all those posts into 1 big thread, and the Google team will look into it as soon as possible (but probably only after the weekend).

I recived the mail regarding special gift reward .But There is no code in this mail. Also, the website at “Redeem now” is down. after click on redeem option next page doesn’t work. Some time showing service unavailable or some time link very slow page not open. How to solve this problem please guide me

for newsletter of month january, in which there was an option to redeem my gift, but no code was their in the email. I hope you look forward into this and resolve this issue ASAP.
