i received this mail last night. when i click on redeem on button it redirect me to another page where it ask redemption code but code is not mentioned in the mail. please help me

I got an email saying I had a new perk to redeem. I got excited as this was my first perk but when I clicked the redeem button and copied and pasted the code, the following error shows up: (also see image)

Sorry, it appears there is an issue with your email or code. We recommend copying the redemption code directly from your perk email.

I tried manually typing. Used same case, without spaces, tried it on my phone as well as computer but no luck :disappointed:

I would love to redeem it but I don’t know how to fix this. My code expires soon.

As I received local guide reward redeem code but showing empty no code available

Today as a local Guide i recieved a email regarding redemption of rewards through code but in the email There is no any code …I am attaching the Screenshot of email. see in this The code column is Blank …Please help what to do now…I am attaching the screenshot of the email

As I received google local guide perk or reward but in redeem code in email showing empty please help

Hey there folks! I just received a Local Guides Reward mail this morning, and was super excited about it. But the code seems to be missing altogether from the mail, and I have no clue what’s up with it. :sweat_smile:
