Hi @QaziJunaid thank you for reaching out. This event looks like is a meetup, a meetup can be joined by anyone who can be able to attend, normally it is advisable to only RSVP when you will be able to make it to the event. Here is the link to the even Google Hyderabad Live Event sometimes meetup can have a maximum number of attendees, and once that number is reached, they wont be accepting any attendees after that. By looking on the announcement, I can confirm that they already have a list of attendees, and only those who received emails can attend, local guides were invited by email to RSVP, meaning that those who did not get invitation and did not RSVP in time the spot is no-longer available.

@QaziJunaid , i think Jenny clarified in message that only people who recieved email stating “we are looking forward to seeing you at Google Hyderabad” will be allowed.
@MashaPS @Raphael-Mahumane , 100 people RSVP’d to attend this meetup at Google Hyderabad, o ly few are sent a seperate email confirming thier invitation, please update your solution marking as we do not want 100 people to showup at Google office and being turned away at security entrance.

Hello! Apologies for the confusion. As mentioned in the comments, only people who have received an email from us titled “We hope you’ll join us at Google Hyderabad” will be admitted in. Everyone will be required to bring a government ID and proof of the email invitation.

What would you do to the LocalGuides who planned their travel after seeing this mail “You’re attending Google Hyderabad Live Event” which was sent on 26th Nov?
