Google Earth のプロジェクト作成機能を使ってみる：日本の歴史探索ツアー

Google Earth上で個人がプロジェクトを作成して公開する機能が利用できるようになったことが発表されました。様々な活用方法が考えられるこの機能をみなさんも活用してみましょう。活用できる分野として、例えば以下の様な内容が考えられます。

  • 旅行前の目的地の下見
  • バーチャル世界旅行
  • 教育分野への応用
  • 歴史探索

この他にも様々なことができると思います。みなさんはどんな使い方を思いつきましたか？ぜひコメントでご自分の意見を共有してみてください。プロジェクトは共同編集することもできますので、誰かと一緒にプロジェクトを作るのも楽しそうですね。

私は教育分野でこんなツールがあったら面白いのではないかと思い、日本の歴史に沿った建物を紹介する歴史探索ツアー、Japan History Sailingというプロジェクトを作ってみました。

プロジェクトでは画面上に線を描画したり、詳細画面をカスタマイズしたより高度なプロジェクトを作ることもできます。みなさんもオリジナルのプロジェクトを作って共有してみましょう。

Google Earth is giving us an important tool, with a huge potential.

We can transform our list on a virtual visit, we can become creators of shared contents. I love the tour you shared

Estoy de acuerdo con @ErmesT y con tigo @HiroyukiTakisawa , es una propuesta muy buena para crear historias manualmente y casi en forma artesanal, por el tipo de pasos que hay que dar para crear la historia, el hecho de que se pueda compartir el proyecto es muy bueno ya que trabajar con otro en un viaje me gusta.

Quizás una sugerencia podría ser que esto mismo o por lo menos un video de viajes lo genere directamente Google Maps con nuestros aportes en listas y comentarios, fotos y videos. Es una sugerencia que se ocurrió a raíz de este último viaje que realice por la provincia de Buenos Aires. Nuestros viajes en videos.

We, LGs love to share our experience. This new feature will be one of the impressive tools for sharing. The interactive and visualized tour will attract a lot of people. I hope it leads to increasing the number of new Local Guides:-)

Hi @ErmesT I never thought about using this feature on our lists, it can really make sense and easier to understand and know how the environment look like visually outside, with the use of our 360 photos, it can take us inside the buildings.

Hi @HiroyukiTakisawa for educational purposes, it will play a big role, as in schools we are told about places we never been to, and that makes it difficult to understand, sometimes we end up having to physically visit the places, but with this tool, it can be created on a computer and displayed for the students, simple as that.
