Arequipa, it's my city. Here we like good food and at a good price. In my country, Peru, we are the city with the most culinary dishes.
For this reason we like to look for those restaurants that have good seasoning and a good price. We call them "hollows",
which means a place of good food, a good price and not a very elegant place. From a good "ceviche" to a good "chicharron" of pork. A good "hole" can become viral news.
