Hello guys,

This post is very special & close to my heart which is about Golden temple located in Amritsar city in the state of punjab, India.

As the name suggests the temple is made out of real gold surrounded by water from all four sides.

The original name of this temple is Sri Harmandir Sahib.

I would suggest everyone to must have a visit to this place as the peace & internal satisfaction what you get from here is out of this world. It looks more beautiful at night time.

This temple is around more than 300 years old and is of significant importance to people of Sikh Religion. There is also the World’s Biggest free food kitchen serving around 1,00,000 people daily!!!

@Yashpreet06 Thanks for sharing beautiful picture of the golden temple. It is a very sacred place and it is a must visit place if someone is planning to visit india. I would love to visit this peaceful temple surrounded by water from all four sides which makes it unique and the good thing about this temple is they serve food to a large number of people everyday.
