This conversation is about cooling off the world from extreme weather , causing by the pollution.
It’s not necessary that concerned government will come to people to rescue them from hot conditions, flooding and earthquakes, when millions are impacted .
So , we should stand up for doing something to save us from the disaster. In this context, plantation is very plausible action by each people.
