Ingredients…

4 tbsp ghee

4 icecubes

1/2 cup milk

1 cup Maida

1 tbsp besan

1 tsp lemon juice

3 cup chilled water

for sugar syrup…

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup water

Cardamom powder

Method…

In mixer jar take ghee and icecubes and blend it till it is creamy in texture

Remove icecubes and add mix and blend

Add Maida and chilled water in batches and mix

Then add besan and mix it

Take out this mix in a bowl and add lemon juice

Meanwhile heat ghee in a vessel ( ghee should be half or three fourth of vessel)

Pour the mix prepared in a sauce bottle and keep rest of mix in fridge

Pour the mix in hot ghee ( little by little)

Pour mix in center and wait till they come to the sides of vessel

Like this pour mix and with help of knife make a space in center

Slightly press from sides and let it cook till it is golden brown

Take out with help of knife and keep it on wire rack

@Troymi No it’s not a cake. It’s quite different from cake. It’s crispy, clinging and crunchy.

Due to adding sugar syrup its sweet in taste.

Thanks

@Travel2Know thanks for telling me that, it’s my first time to see this, it’s a pretty cool dessert.
