Getting new points of interest approved

I am finding it more and more difficult to get new points of interest approved and would like any of your suggestions if you have any.

I find parks and community things very easy to get listing. However restaurants and actual businesses seem to be very hard to get approved. Especially when they are brand new and have no online present at all. I always add a photo of the place and I think they can see my my history I have been in that area.

When you see a drop in approval rates it can also be caused by the spamfilter that detected some violations from your hand.
