Curitiba has the title of SmartCity, the capital of Paraná is considered one of the most modern and cleanest cities in Brazil. I live in this city and I always receive friends from other regions of Brazil who want to know the different options of parks, restaurants, culture, and others.
Curitiba shows great cultural diversity, thanks to the different ethnic groups of the nations that have colonized the city. The architecture, gastronomy – and even the accent – are made of blend mainly of Portuguese, Spanish, German, Polish, Italian, Ukrainian, and Japanese.
Many public spaces in Curitiba honor these ethnicities unforgettable experiences to the visitors. Some of these are attractions of the Tourism Line sightseeing bus.
One of the ways to get to know Curitiba is to embark on one of the double decker buses of the Turismo Line, a special line that runs through the main tourist attractions of the city, including parks, museums, theaters, viewpoints, cultural venues, ethnic groups and the newly renovated Municipal Market.
With the acquisition of the transport card, in the amount of R $ 50,00, shipments are unlimited in all the attractions of the route for the period of 24 hours. The visitor will be able to contemplate and enjoy the place of his choice, resorting to the next bus, available every 30 minutes. The service operates regularly from Tuesday to Sunday, from 9 am to 5:30 pm, with initial departure at Praça Tiradentes, in the center of the city. During the holiday periods of July and from December to February, the Tourism Line operates every day.
