Genuine experiences, with a grain of salt

Hello fellow guides, my post is going to be sweet and to the point, but it may not be short. We shall see…

So I personally take writting reviews pretty seriously, being a small business owner myself. The review you write, can make or bankrupt a business that is just starting out. I make it a point, if I am reviewing a place, to make sure and return to the place within a few weeks, to make sure I wrote that review accurately.

The only problem with negative reviews, that I feel is not very authentic, is the one or 2 liners. I didnt go back and check my logs but off the top of my head, every negative review I’ve wrote, I made sure to get the extra points for details. Its only fair, as our reviews are going to sway others on using a service, or purchasing products, which is going to effevt the businesses, most of which are owned by regular people like you and I.

I enjoy doubling back to see if the business I reviewed made improvements or kept up with their good service. It’s only fair, when reviewing smaller businesses, you know, non-corporate mom and pop shops, to give them a chance to redeem themselves. And if they did, update your review, and mention if they improved their product, or if the issues from the previous encounter had been remedied.

Pictures are worth 1000 words. Until recently I havent posted pics but with this new cell phone and the price of this thing i figure I better get my moneys worth.

I enjoy writing accurate reviews the reflect my experiances and I hope my reviews are helpful.
