Nishat Garden also known as the “garden of bliss” is one of the most beautiful gardens in Kashmir. The garden is a treasure trove of flowers with a plethora of colorful flowers and stands out for its picturesque setting in the heart of Srinagar in Kashmir valley surrounded with Zabarwan Mountains. Nishat Garden was designed and built by Abu’l-Hasan Asaf Khan the grand vizier (Prime minister) from the Mughal empire who loved to spend his time there.
The garden has lush lawns, well-maintained paths, and an assortment of flowers, plants and trees. There are a number of water channels that meander throughout the park with an abundance of fountains to add charm to the garden. On entering the garden you will find yourself entering a world full beautiful scents and wonderful sounds. The Garden not only provides the refreshment from heat but also keeps the visitors mood up all day long.
Nishat Garden is a beautiful place to visit in the summer. There are many colors and flowers that will make you feel like you are in paradise. This Garden is a popular tourist attraction for people who live in Kashmir Valley, or for those who come from other parts of the country for their vacations.
This garden has been designed with Persian architecture, which makes it stand out from other gardens in Kashmir Valley. This dreamlike garden is a haven for nature enthusiasts, family vacationers, and romantic couples, offering breathtaking views and an unforgettable experience.

Just looking at this photo, I can imagine how sweetly this garden smells. What is more stunning? You, right there @fasi6083
Have you ever wondered why I put so much spaces between paragraphs? I have issues with my eyes.
I want to read this post to the end, please can you help me space it? I stopped at; “On entering the garden” which is right after the great King of the Mughal empire spending time there.
Thank you

Hello @Ewaade_3A , Thanks for the comment. I, too, enjoy strolling around nature and admiring at its beauties. The park has twelve terraces put out in a step layout, with each terrace filled with exotic flowers, Chinar trees, and water fountains in the center. So, in my view, exploring the full layout of the park may easily take 60-90 minutes.
