What I understand is that the photos are standalone, not attached to a review, and that were published in listings that are inside the EU.
This type of information for not published media and reviews was in fact tested in France, then extended the the whole EU, and recently also to some additional countries, like Turkey, to inform the users when a content is not published.
Sometimes it offers also the possibility to appeal, for an operator to check the contents and release them.
Sometimes it’s possible to edit a bit the content (Google Maps app has a very simple editor based on Google Photos that is working quite well), and it’s usually approved.
