Akhir-akhir ini saya banyak mengunjungi profil local guides di daerah saya.
Sebagian dari mereka level 8 keatas. Tapi saya menjadi risih karena ada banyak sekali yang mengunggah foto selfie di beberapa tempat.
Apakah mereka pikir ini instagram?
Sudah beberapa kali saya laporkan foto yang sangat tidak membantu orang lain. Tapi saya menjadi takut apa yang saya lakukan menjadi hal yang buruk bagi akun saya.
Saya berharap kedepan deteksi wajah selfie di google maps. Maaf hanya curhat .
I think you are doing exactly the right thing when flagging selfies, group photos and all photos with recognizable faces. I use the privacy concern option when flagging such photos.
If you notice a profile sharing a lot of such photos you can/should also flag the profile. I don’t hesitate doing so when it is too much trouble flagging all the individual images.
So far I have not gotten in trouble for doing so.

You both are right. Actually, this should be an option for photo marking, like a private photo. Unfortunately, people are constantly spamming photos to earn more points. @Exzans@MortenCopenhagen
Hidden photos is already a thing on Google Maps. Just not discussed a lot. And maybe few are aware.
If you study the number of views photos get you will notice that selfies, group photos and the like often get relatively few views. This is because the photo selection AI is aware of this and will practically never select such photos as the cover photo.
There might be exceptions, but I believe this is the norm.

Saya sependapat bahwa maps bukan sosmed dan sayangnya saya kira dulu maps seperti facebook dan saya akui saya juga pernah terjebak hal memalukan ini menjadi typical user yang pingin eksis di tempat-tempat di gooogle maps. Hingga suatu saat akun saya jena suspend dan barulah kemudian saya baca aturan aturan tentang maps.
