@smyx1212 It is Sewaiyan. Basically four ingredient… Milk, sewai, sugar and mix Dryfruits.

Seems to understand. In Russia, noodles are made from wheat. Rice noodles are common in India and China - they are easier to cook. Therefore, you have so many combinations of dishes from it.
I made a reference. We have rice noodles cost from $ 1 to 5 for 0.3 kg. This is a delicacy for us ))))
