Hallo Allerseits,

ich habe immer mehr Follower die weder Beiträge haben oder anderen folgen und das finde ich sehr seltsam.

Hat sonst noch jemand solche follower und was denkt ihr darüber?

That’s not too strange because I have the same experience. I’m only following 24 local guides that I know personally and am interested in their contributions. I have never liked the idea of follow me and I follow you.I don’t mind them because they will not do me any harm.

That said I have 3231 followers. Are you aware that you can either block them or even remove them altogether ?

  • To remove a follower from your list, just click on the three black dots on the upper right corner on the followers list.

  • The other options are, you can report or block them from seeing your contributions.
  1. Click open the contact following you
  2. Click on the 3 black dot on the upper right corner close the share button
  3. The 2 options will appear report profile or block.

Choose whichever one you prefer. Wonder does that answers your question.

I used to let them accumulate, but then recognized that there was really no use to doing so, if they’re not contributing as well. I now discard anyone who doesn’t make a contribution within a week or 2. I immediately remove those who have locked their data, since that’s a bit one sided. - Steve

I thought that if you follow someone back with a restricted profile you will be able to see their contributions. Am I wrong?

Good point, but since I’m only following those who I either know, or aspire to be, I haven’t tried what you’ve suggested. Thanks for the note. - Steve

If that’s the reason for the other party to restrict their profile…so that I’ll start following them, I’ll pass. - Steve

Mit den Funktionen hinter den 3 Punkten kenne ich mich aus aber natürlich möchte ich auch niemanden schaden der nichts Böses im Sinn hat.

Man kann dann die Beiträge sehen aber es bringt ja nichts jemanden zu folgen der keinerlei Beiträge geleistet hat. Das sieht man ja auch bei eingeschränkten Profilen
