Flowers in the Neighborhood

Hello Amazing Local Guides!

Trust you’re doing really great, do you take notice of various beautiful flowers around your Neighborhood, since August this year, I have been constantly taking notice of beautiful flowers around my neighborhood and look at what I have got! :hugs:

Flowers are very dear to me, like few of us in Nigeria, many do not value flower gifts as it is in Europe and other countries. They want something more tangible. So as a florist in Nigeria, your business will suffer much. Actually, I hope things ain’t going to remain the same here, but most of the flowers are planted by flower loving people.

Nevertheless,I would love to see beautiful flowers of my fellow amazing Local guides at the comment section below. :slightly_smiling_face:

Have a Great and Amazing Weekend!!

Hi @Austinelewex Thanks for the beautiful post. Flowers are indeed beautiful. I myself cannot fail to notice beautiful flowers around me . Where I go I always take notice of them.

True , Nigeria of old don’t appreciate flowers but I believe young Nigerian slowly appreciate flowers as gifts. So I want to believe florist will have more sales and enjoy acceptability in the coming years.

Flowers can lift a man’s spirits on the darkest of days.

They are nature’s way of telling you that everything is going to be alright…

@Austinelewex Beautiful photos, especially the rose. Spurges like in your second photos grow in flower pots in flats here.

You say flowers are not popular in Africa. I can’t imagine it. Here flowers are necessary almost for any celebration.

There is a winter in Belarus already and street flowers are absent already.

But today I have found really surprising thing:
