One of the greatest ways I found to discover unique and fun restaurants is to hear about lawsuits. In my Facebook feed, I saw that a local Panda Express was suing a new business for using the name ‘Panda’ and copying their restaurant. So I just had to check out this copy cat restaurant myself. That is how I discovered Panda Libre. I found them nothing like Panda Express. Yes their mascot is a panda…but it is a panda wearing a Mexican wrestling mask! The food is seasoned with a unique blend of Asian & Mexican spices. My children loved the large selection of games and flavored boba drinks.
