Fiz uma avaliação, mas só aparece para mim

Olá, boa tarde pessoal, tudo bem?

Eu fiz essa avaliação https://goo.gl/maps/NynxdKrmo5u563HS8 , mas ela aparece só para mim. Acessando o perfil da empresa por outra conta, não é possível encontrar minha avaliação.

O será que está acontecendo? Está em análise? Foi bloqueada? Infringi algum termo?

Oi, @roberto_pim , tudo bem? Eventualmente, pode acontecer de uma outra avaliação nossa ser oculta. Via de regra esse processo é automático e, pode ser, que tenha sido identificada alguma possível violação às regras de avaliação. Você pode dar uma olhada neste artigo, com algumas dicas para boas avaliações no Google Maps. No mais, espero que não te desanime de seguir contribuindo. Eventualmente, isso acontece com todos nós.

Thanks for unrestricting your profile.

I can confirm from your public profile that you have added 10 reviews and only 9 of them are public.

Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content
Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)

Reading your reviews I see a preference for reviewing software companies. Are you a software engineer yourself? Reviewing your Competitors, friends and your own software companies is very much off limit. You are not even allowed to review the place where you are employed. This is to prevent conflicts of interest.

Few private individuals will have used several software companies, so I fear your profile could be hit by sanctions any time. Or that could be why the spam filter blocked one of your reviews.

According to the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions
Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program. So we should never mix commercial interests with those of being an independent/volunteer Local Guide.
