I think this upward trend in graphs had happened to most of us but I am concerned about the no views @PrasadVR

OK now I’m following what you were referring to @WilfriedB. Those numbers are hard to understand. For example, this edit with 328,195 views! One can’t help but wonder what these view numbers actually mean!

Hello @Gouri.PS , I’m also seeing two issues. I have a sharp increase in my graph, and my contributions are also showing ‘No Views yet’. We are in the same boat.

You mightve been banned or have infringed or some terms of service. Thats the only thing i can think of. Kight wanna contact google support or something

After reading this thread I decided to check my contributions and even I noticed the same
It does look like a big, but would be cool to actually see these figures someday

I agree, @AdamGT, but for the media views we are also only guessing, even though it sounds more obvious …
For creating the place in the example above, it shows 1,489 views. A day later, I posted 10 photos, which have now between 123 and 672 views. The one with 672 views is now the banner, but I believe it was not always.
The interesting thing is, the views for the edit shows more than double number of views. This supports my theory that a view for the photo is counted only after opening it in full screen, whereas a view for the addition edit might count all search results … but again all guesses.

Sorry, for being not precise @PrasadVR, I meant the photo views which show zero on the mobile. This may or may not be different on the desktop.

@WilfriedB, I would like to clarify, the photo views are appearing on mobile and desktop as well, they are matching, same value; 35,209,235.
The issue is with the ‘Contributions views’ on mobile. I believe we can not verify this value on desktop.

My guess is that our contribution data has been moved over to a new server/database/container/code base (I’m not a software engineer 
) and in this new place, the historical timeline is not available/shown. So we all start from 0 and suddenly have this big jump to our current/existing view count.
To be clear, this is not some additional views on top of our previous view count. It is our existing view count but starting from 0 on the 16th November. It’s like when we moved to this new Connect, we all started getting notifications for badges that we previously had i.e. it’s the new system catching up to our latest data but not showing the historical context from the old system.
And we’ve always had view counts for various contributions (photos, reviews, edits, new places etc) but they were generally hidden from us unless we get the email updates spotlighting certain contributions.
For example, my photo view count is 545M but my contributions view count is 574M. The other contributions make up the difference in the two figures.
One can hope that as we move to a new whatever-it-is we should get some new features soon, or updates to existing features (maybe a better dashboard showing all our views from all the various contributions).
