I received my first perk from Google today. Was so excited to see the envelope. Only I opened it and it seemed to be empty with just the card in it. Looking for support on this.

But I received a local guide perk by post which was sended by Google by mailing me that ur local guide socks delivered soon, I have got the post but no socks inside the post!
I was to feel shame in front of family. Is this way Google respect there local guide.

I think your best bet is to contact them directly as posting here may not get noticed.
How To
If you go to your “Local Guides order confirmation” email and click on “FAQ” you will be redirected to a page where you can contact them. You can then select your reason (I would choose “My order is damages/faulty”) and then fill in the details.

@burst_mode Maybe they don´t send to my region… It does´t matter if are socks or a pencil. it´s a nice gesture to you, recieve a postal…
