If I am coming from Mumbai, and to join at 6 a.m. will be trouble some. As I saw this invitation now, and getting both ways reservation will not be possible. However, if I get confirmed ticket. I may join.
If coming from Mumbai, which station will be closer to your meeting point?

You should try and catch a late night fast passenger that leaves Mumbai CST at around 11 PM and reaches Pune by 4:30 AM. Sleep comfortably in train, freshen up at Pune station, and be at meeting venue by 6AM! There is a direct PMPML bus on Route no. 57 from Pune station at 5:15 AM. Otherwise There are umpteen local city buses (PMPML) from Pune station to Swargate and from Swargate to Dhayari/SInhgad Road. You need to alight at the Rajaram Bridge (Pul) bus-stand and walk about 5 minutes towards Sinhgad, and you will find us waiting for you at Samarth Coffee shop
