When it starts to get dark I really recommend you to get closer to the Falls, for two great reasons :
- Niagara Falls get illuminated
- A Fireworks show takes place over the falls
Seriously you can’t leave Niagara if you haven’t seen the Falls at night, the whole place looks different when the lights change the color of the falls as the sky gets darker it feels really peaceful.
And when it is completely dark the fireworks show begins, it is 5 minutes long but it is really worth it, it’s a perfect way to begin with your night activities at Clifton Hill, there are a lot of attractions for tourists.
Tips:
Arrive early so can choose where you want to see the show
Grab a snack, believe me you don’t want to be waiting without something delicious to eat
And last but not least, this is the golden rule if you have to wait in a place, go to the restroom before you arrive, there was guy that sadly missed the show
