I have been outside my country and been a foreign person. I have felt lost by not knowing anything; hotels, food, museums, entertainment, parks, parking lots, public transportation or renting a car, etc.
It is so satisfying and a great relief that the community welcomes me by the Local Guides Program. It’s a change that we are bringing to life as individuals, by creating a unique global community, that welcomes everyone, whatever they are or go. It is a feeling that you are not estranger. So, I feel the support and help of this global community when I travel.
It is like looking at the stars in a dark night and feeling the sense of each individual shares his light to enlighten your path.
For me the Local Guides Program means connecting with people. It means making a stronger sense of community. It means helping people to go places worth seeing, eating and experiencing.
I want to help others to feel welcomed and that they belong everywhere they go around the world.
