Hello Everyone,
i want to introduce you one of the famous Indonesian street food usually known as Jasuke (Jagung susu keju) / Sweet kernel corn with condensed milk and cheese.
this food usually eaten as an afternoon Snack, and can be enjoyed while watcing a Tv series, reading a book or a webcomic.
this snack is Easy to make at home, and the condiments always available at home actually.
here i share the quick and simple recipe to make Home made Jasuke (the famous indonesian street food)
ingredients:
- 2 sweet corns
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Grated cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
steps :
- steam the corn for 15-20 minutes until cooked and separate corn grains from the corncob
- immediately mix the kernel corn with 1 tbsp of butter. while the grains are still warm so the butter will be melted
- put the corn in a bowl or plate, pour with sweetened condensed milk and add grated cheddar cheese on the top
- Jasuke is ready to be served

This is a very unique dish I’m seeing here. But, I’m not able to get it that how you used the condensed milk. May be @FalguniP can help me here.
And is that cheese present over corn in grinded form?

yeah this is one of favourite snack in Indonesia, Many people like it because the taste is Sweet and delicious. and @FalguniP have you try to make it ? 
in Indonesia we usually can mix with other topping to replace the Cheddar cheese such as Mozarella cheese, chocolate sprinkle even with Strawberry jam.

this is a typical dish from west java, Indonesia Actually.
and Now can be found in all over indonesia because many people like the flavour. many people tried to make it and some of them sell over the street food in all the city.
the flavour is sweet and delicious.

actually in my country there is another version of this food, Named Spicy Roasted Corn. the flavour is Savory and little bit spicy because people usually add Butter/margarin and Spicy seasoning to marinate the Roasted corn.

@Tushar18 yes, this is unique dish. the use of Condensed milk is actually add the good and delicious taste to the corn. 
the cheddar cheese must in grinded form to eat, and can be replaced with Mozarella cheese and maybe with Chocolate sprinkle.

@Ant_Bad_Yogi the thai food i have been tried so far is Tom Yum, i love the taste because so flavoured.

Hi @Tushar18 like we mix butter in our boiled corn here they add condensed milk on top and the shreds you see are of cheese !
As mentioned by @ElisaJuly they also use Jam, doesn’t it sound unique !
We can give a try and turn our savoury snack into sweet one
