Famous Jigarthanda!!! Since 1977

Jigarthanda is a cold beverage that is famous in the South Indian city of Madurai in Tamil Nadu, India. It translates to “cool liver” in English. It is generally prepared and served at roadside stalls as a refreshment during the Indian summer. The basic ingredients include milk, almond gum, sarsaparilla rootsyrup, sugar and ice-cream.

I love this drink. In India Summer session temperatures often exceed 40 °C (104 °F). That time most of us getting liver problem Due to the reason it’s called Jigarthanda (Hindi) Jigar - liver, Thanda - Cool .
