It is generally prepared and served at roadside stalls as a refreshment during the Indian summer. The basic ingredients include milk, almond gum, sarsaparilla rootsyrup, sugar and ice-cream.

I love this drink. In India Summer session temperatures often exceed 40 °C (104 °F). That time most of us getting liver problem Due to the reason it’s called Jigarthanda (Hindi) Jigar - liver, Thanda - Cool .
